# Ghostwood

Pale, bleached branches that stand out against dark soil.

## What the simulation uses

- Holds water: 20 % by volume (Water it keeps after draining; the rest runs down to the drainage.)

- Pore space: 45 % by volume (Room for air and water between grains; low means roots suffocate when wet.)

- Weight: 700 g/L (How heavy a litre is.)

- pH: 5.5 to 7 pH (How acid it keeps the soil.)

## Description
Pale, bleached branches that stand out against dark soil. The wood holds a little water and sits close to neutral pH.

Also called ghost wood.
