# Green mould
Trichoderma spp.

White fuzz that turns green on wood and soil.

## Care

- Air humidity: 85 to 100%

- Temperature: 20 to 35 °C

## Description
It starts as white threads and turns into green tufts or rings of powdery spores within about a week, fastest in warm jars. Often it even helps plant roots, though it crowds out other fungi. Springtails, airflow and less rotting material keep it in check.

Also called trich, green mold.

Estimated, where sources were thin: spread_cm_per_day; typical_duration_days; humidity_rh_pct.
