How it works
Plants
Plants grow on light and food, share space, and stop at the lid.
- Nothing grows below 40% of its needs met; growth is fastest at 100%.
- Growth is capped by what rotting organics supply.
- Plants close together share light, water and food.
- Upright plants stop at the lid; ferns, mats and trailers bend under it.
- Leaves are shed as litter, the cleanup crew's food.
- Plants breathe water out; sealed jars cut that sharply.
