How to make it

1. Pour the layers, bottom to top: LECA (expanded clay) (3 cm), Substrate barrier mesh, ABG mix (7 cm).
2. Set the hardscape: Manzanita, 2 x Round boulder.
3. Plant Parlour palm, Asparagus fern, Creeping fig 'Minima', Dwarf mondo grass 'Nana'.
4. Lay the moss: Common smoothcap over about 30% of the ground, Common haircap over about 20% of the ground.
5. Add the cleanup crew: 120 Temperate white springtail.
6. Water with 1010 ml (distilled or rain).
7. Close the lid and give it 4,500 lux, 12 h a day: east window.
