How to make it
- Pour the layers, bottom to top: LECA (expanded clay) (3 cm), Substrate barrier mesh, Horticultural charcoal (0.5 cm), ABG mix, Leaf litter (0.5 cm).
- Set the hardscape: Spider wood, 3 x Dragon stone.
- Plant Lemon button fern, Peacock spikemoss, Creeping fig 'Minima', 2 x Nerve plant, Moon Valley pilea.
- Lay the moss: Brocade moss over about 35% of the ground, Mood moss over about 15% of the ground, Java moss over about 5% of the ground.
- Add the cleanup crew: 150 Temperate white springtail.
- Water with 660 ml (distilled or rain).
- Close the lid and give it 4,000 lux, 12 h a day: LED 20 to 30 cm above lid.
